i cant say for sure cause i've never grown outside but couldn't those be pre-flowers? my indoor on 18-6 at about 2 months started to pre-flower, but again this is inside and a different ball game.

my uncle showed me his plants they had the same looking problem and he started using neem oil and isolated the plants from the others.. new growth should show improvement, daily take off lowest affected leafs, this is to help determine if it is continuing problem
