They calibrate the lab test equipment with synthetic urine, so not sure about that.

As long as you can keep it cool, go with 400. Use 3 gallon size pots, veg for 3 weeks, and you can pull between 1-2oz per plant. Just keep your temps and humidty in check, keep fresh air or c02 moving across the leafs like a light breeze.

Keep your air moving and fans on 24/7 with those kind of levels.

Yea I have no idea about the purple. But, I do take clippings suitable to be clones and put them in the fridge for a week or so and they still root when I take them out and add clone gel and put in a rw cube. So the mold thing could happen but probably not. I have never done this to get purple...

Lol key word WEEKS. Unless your going to freeze something dont keep it for weeks. Put anything in your fridge for weeks and it could mold. I specifically said overnight, that mean 12 hours or less. Which does not equal weeks. Derp?

We put things the fridge to inhibit mold and preserve fresh produce. Nothing is going to mold if you put them in there overnight, pull them out and dry them as you usually would. If your putting shit in your fridge and pulling it out with mold that is a personal problem.

Its cheaper to move air than cool it. Get a fan pulling warm air out of the top and pull cool air from the bottom.

If you are not trying this already, Germinate your seeds at a lower temp around 68-70 for better female ratio.

right now they are suffering from TLC - just make sure the lights stay on schedule, the temps and RH stay in check and dont fluctuate a lot. don't over water, let the soil breath - is very important. and just watch and learn, don't worry to much. if the leafs are green you are okay.

Also, this a respectable run and very avg results from what your methods appear to be.
