I have a home done cfl thing I made. Had 25 100 watt equal cfls in it. I wouldnt reccomend it for seroius flowering. 1 400 watt hps was immeadiatly 4x better and faster. And I got about 50 bucks tied up in my 400w HPS light. Do. It. Your. SELF! PS though, Goodluck on the cfl grow...
