Im using a ebb and flow and i added a couple air stones in the top for more o2..My seeds are just the Misty, but im going to get some Early Mistys if these come out alright.

From that pic it looks nice and healthy, and i would start to flower them. If they are 12-13" tall now, It looks good to start to bub them...

Lower your lights as close as you can without burning them..35-40" is too far. I keep my 400w MH on it at about 16" from the plants.

They are 9 days old stared from seeds. (Mistys) The one on the bottom left, and middle top look alittle funky. I learned the hard way my last grow...Just let it do its thing unless you absolutly have to top or trim. Every little cut you make on your plant may cause it to go into shock, and delay your grow...

I would leave it alone unless atleast 50% of the leaf is damaged. My last grow i found out the hard way...The more i trimed and messed with my plants the worst it got. And like homegrownboy said it will take some time for your plant to recover..And like pacman said it wont hurt your plant to...
