livewell is a bilge pump with an adapter at the bottom allowing an airline to put air directly at the impeller, you could make your own quite easily if you drill one out & make it yourself

ok ill try & explain some more, firstly what you see in .gif is in salt water, in fresh water it is the same you just dont see it, fill a tote with water add aquarium salt & put it in there & viola you see the bubbles some bits from some of my other posts...... ok heres what i found out...

its not an elbow on those, its built into the bottom housing, on the side of it there should be 1/4" plasic inlet for the airline, if not then you only have a regular bilge pump & not the oxygenator,

ok im confused, how exactly fo you have this hooked up ? blowing through airline will do nothing, the airline draws to the impeller infusing the air with the water what model did you get

don't forget the oxygen is 12v before you plugging into a 110v outlet & depending on what size gph as to how much load it draws, the 360 gph is 1A 460 gph 2A 1100gph is a whopping 6A check which one you have then all you need is a 12v power supply & match the amperage draw, 1 lil tip.. a...
