Ah so roots tend to mimic the growth of their upper counter parts, another thing I didn't know. So when the plants grow exponentially during the flowering cycle, are the roots doing the same? And if they're choked to a certain degree in a small pot, will that inhibit the plants expansion? Ah...

and yes, there is one root coming from the bottom, and one from the sides. The one at the bottom is an inch long, and seems to be looking for more room.
