^^^ seems like a good range to try for, if you can stay below 74 you should be ok... if you are using a system where roots aren't submerged, ie: f&d you could prolly get away with 70+ and be ok... but like lb said below 68 and you're golden, much more o2 in the water, less chance of root rot...
