giving defoliation during flower a try

I was told by a fellow from Texas once that a mite (might :P ) was a little red thing on a chickens ass. Just thought you might want to know. Hope the season has gone well for you, I will be posting some pics when the hoophouse is up over the trees. :peace:

giving defoliation during flower a try

My apologies, I should have mentioned to you that comprehension is also an important tool gained by reading. Good luck with your attitude and ideas, you will need it. I read a signature line that applies to you attributed to John Wayne. Allow me to paraphrase "Life is tough but it's a lot...

giving defoliation during flower a try

If you truly believe this then wait until the plant discards them. And what you are describing is pruning, not defoliation. The meaning of words are important, it is why we read actual books on botany, biology, and chemistry so that we may know the difference.

giving defoliation during flower a try

LST, Supercropping, and judicious pruning should not be confused with removing fan leaves, but I understand why you choose to do so as it seems to you to justify bad botany.

giving defoliation during flower a try

Actually you are half correct. Pruning to remove weak or diseased shoots or leaves is good botanical practice and can be enhanced some to provide good airflow. Removing fan leaves for mythical internet concocted reasons is not.

giving defoliation during flower a try

The problem you defoliators fail to grasp is that without those pesky fan leaves, there is less transpiration (that is the movement of water up through the root system caused by evaporation which occurs at the stomata located in the underside of the leaves). It is the movement of this water that...

    Cannabis oil recipe questions

Cannabis oil works best when it is a whole plant extract. Buds only and/or trim do not have all the essential oils that need to be extracted together to make the best medicine.

giving defoliation during flower a try

You are taking the word of internet chat dummies like yourself who are too busy to be "booksmart" and are ignoring the advice of actual experienced growers with actual real world experience, including degrees in biology and chemistry for myself. Google apical dominance and read it carefully, it...

    fan leaves

It's called defoliation and it is considered a bad practice by seasoned growers. Leaves, not budsites are responsible for carbohydrate production. You will get many newbies who buy the circular hype/logic that removing the very organs that gather photons (light), exchange CO2 for O2, control...

My trash cans disappeared.....could it have been Leo?

Shut everything down and mail all of your finished product to me, I will destroy it slowly and carefully. I doubt that the cops are going through your garbage unless you are big time.

    light cycle ?

I apologize for offending your (?) sensibilities. You are so correct, genetics is not science it is more like magic or voodoo. And I am not your friend.

    light cycle ?

Please stop repeating the myth that light issues (especially this one) cause hermaphrodite expression in plants. It is a genetic trait and takes much more cumulative stressors than that to force expression. And one small glitch in the schedule will not cause them to reveg. To the OP leave your...

I can't dig into the ground, too many old roots!

Sawzall with a woodcutting or pruning blade. Dig around the offending root and simply cut out the section(s) that are impeding your hole making. Good Luck :weed:

    Worried about my girl

You should actually read the OPs post. His branch was choked off by having a support tie that severed the cambium layer. When a branch breaks there is often a small portion of the bark that remains intact and can provide water and nutrients. He has waited and it is wilting and will not recover.

I am going to second Mr. Sunshine on this one, you give random non scientific opinions generated in your own head.
