If ph is low will this cause nite lock out. Will adding a stronger bloom mix fix the problem? I’ve read adding bananas peel to the soil and making a brew with the peel will also help. What do you think?

I have a couple of clones that I started indoors under 18/6 lighting for about a week to 10 days. If I move a couple out door now with present amount of light being about 10 hours what affect will it have? Will the plant go into flower stage?
