I have never used feminized seeds and dont plant to. I like the males and even let on pollinate a plant or two once in a while. I rarely end up with males but when I do its a chance to get some seeds of my own making and see how they turn out. Its exciting.

If you dont have air venting out of your room then all the heat will just stay in weather you have a glass over it or not. you can blow the air around in there all you want. all youll be doing is circulating hot air.

82 isnt bad at all. I used to have a smaller room with temps over 95 by the end of every day and never had any of the problems people said I would have. I was more worried about fire than stunted plants with that setup but it all turned out great every grow.

Be careful with this one. If hes a nice guy he may just take his cut and move on. But if he's not then he could say that you owe him a certain amount from each harvest. Make the agreement clear and as simple as possible.
