As long as the adapter puts out the correct voltage and the load is less than the nameplate rating, its fine. Don't use the 10w, use one of the others.

There are some who say C02 is only necessary if you only vent intermittently or not at all. I'm going to do 24/7 continuous exhaust venting in my room, so C02 enrichment isn't really an option, and maybe unnecessary. We'll see.
