    100% behind you on wet paper towel. 100% germination. Just sit it over a heating pad on the lowest setting. Pop out in 12 hrs some times. A day or two at the latest.

    Are you talking about the digital ballast like the Quantum series? The ones I have draw only about 6 amps and are 120/240 volt. I'm not quite sure what advantage having the 3 light settings are as this is a first grow for me. Maybe someone else will chime in.

    Yes it helped, but because the light was able to shine on the leafs more at the bottom of the plant. That's different than cutting leafs off to get the light down there. Or am I wrong?
