No shouldn't get to cold. I mean the basement stays relatively cool. It is done, not really drafty. I mean it could be 100 out and basement gets to like 75. Just due to the fact it's like in the ground it stays cooler than rest of the house. Yea lights cheaper on over night but not much cheaper...
