In my own experience it is best to let them flower as long as possible. If this is a first harvest, or you are experimenting you can always clip more developed buds early, and allow the rest to mature. This usually means clipping top buds, and allowing light to flow through to lower branches...

An all red 120 watt LED can't compare to a 400watt HPS. It is just unfair, and your distance is way too much from the plants with the LED's.

Right now it is: 3 x 42 watt CFL 7 x 23 watt CFL 1 x 15 watt LED Grow Light 2 x 15 watt T5 Flourescent Once in a while one of my two plants will be put in my floweing room under a 400watt HPS for up to 11+ hours, but pretty rare. This is actually between the 2 plants.
