I was going through some old High Times issues i have from back in 02 and i noticed a small article talking about putting your keif into capsules and downing it with a mailkshake. has anybody tried it like this, does it really work? the only other keif pills i have heard of was with coconut oil.

Ive heard you can use just plain water but at my local hydro store the guy recomended to use "Final Flush" along with the water so they still can get some of the nutes they need without being cut off completely.

what percentage of the trichomes would you say have to be cloudy when its time to start flushing?

alright so that is pretty much the best way to tell is to get a real good look at the trichs. do the amber hairs indicate at all when it may be time?

im not sure, they were some seeds my friend gave me. The problem is i dont know exactly when im gonna harvest, this is my first real grow and im kind of playing it by ear and judging what to do by when the plants look ready for the next step.

What is a good way to tell when your plants are ready to start being flushed? ive done some research and found some pictures to compare to but im still unsure. I would take some pictures to show you guys where im at but my camera recently broke. Im 72 days into flowering.

Good info guys! I didnt realize that it was a good thing. I have had a fan blowing on my plants for just this reason since i started to veg them. Thats a real good idea hanging ropes from the ceiling, im deffinently gonna try that next time because the steaks dont sit very well in the hydroton.

Just an update i saw the first pistols on one of the 5 plants today, lets hope the rest follow. Do pistols only form on the new growth or will they form lower on the stalk too?
