Grats on the girls but I have to warn you that growing is addictive. There is nothing nicer than smoking what you grow, its similar to growing your own veggies. Hopefully this will not be your first and last grow and you will continue to enjoy the benefits of your efforts.

Use the nutes with Foxfarms. I start 1/4 strength and build up. Generally I wait till the plants are close to 4 weeks old before starting nutes. There are other schools of thought on soils and nutes but this is what works for me.

Might not be required but I do suggest transplanting them into larger pots with good drainage. You will not have to water as often and it certainly makes flushing easier. I doubt you have done anything terrible and it is fixable. We all get over zealous with our girls so hang in there.

If you can gently tug them and they come off go for it. I tend to believe that if they are firmly attached leave them alone. I am sure there are many other opinions out there and alot more experience but that is what I do.
