It really makes no difference where you get licensed from. Just do not give over your caregiver rights to the first place you go to. Shop around especially if you do not want to grow your own.

What is the temp of your grow area? As far as water goes, I stick my finger into the soil an inch or so and if its dry I water if it still feels damp I wait another day. Each plant with their individual root systems seem to have slightly different needs. I check each plant and make my decision.

Ahh, I call them helmet heads, it happens a great deal of the time. Let it go it will eventually fall off. One a few occasions I found that the shell was persistant and as a result my first leaves were deformed looking. If that happens I find a gentle tug cures the problem.
