Are you using Cal-Mag? If not then you definitely should. Especially with RO water. I use Cal-Mag with tap water as well. It never hurts. Throw about 10ML per gallon at them and I bet things get better. After the plants get better, 5ML per gallon at every watering and/or feeding. Good luck.

PH problem or nute burn. If PH is okay, then I would definitely say too many nutes. Or if your PH is screwed up, you might have some sort of lockout issue.

Add some peanut butter and margarine to your nute lineup. That'll thicken them up.
