Watering the 16 plants was talking too long, so we spent a little $ and bought 60l reservoir 350w pump watering wand air pump + stone This cuts the watering time down to 16 mins :) Plus with the airstone/watering wand it makes the feed all oxygenated...which i know is great for roots! So...

I always see people asking/talking about organic grows...but not much on chemicals. We did a few organic grows, now we would like to try chemical nutes for our soil grow. I would really be intrested to see what products are used be the riu community...even tho I know what I want to search for...

hey man, thanks for taking time to reply. did you go from hps to cfl? do you need to keep your plants smallish (quick veg) cause the intensity from the bulbs doesnt reach very far? so you think 2x250w bulbs in a 600w ballast is a bad idea?

does my questions make sense to anybody lol i dont want to buy two 250w ballasts if i could use one 600w ballast and run 2 from it but i dont know if it would burn shit up/cause fires etc

Yeah, I ph'd the water to 6...but didnt use any stimulators etc as I thought it created a barrier between the clones root area and the the mist in the tub? I didnt use a heating matt...but thats a good idea...maybe it was too cold (didnt even meause the temp of the water! doh) Cheers man

Hi folks, After a few soil grows, I thought I would try a little aero cloner/bubbler thing. This is what i used Bubbler case I cut 8 holes and put net pots and neoprene collars (2 is for the airstone tubing) Filled it with water so the bottom on the cuttings just touch the water...
