Big grow tent inside the room with a small space heater w/thermostat inside the tent and and IMO it will stay at whatever temp it's set for. You could even keep another space heater outside the tent. Just throwing another option out there

Put the humidity gauge down where the plants are not on top of the light. It could be %20 more at their level especially if the filter is pulling from the same level as your gauge
