Forgot to say I use led light meter which has become my go to growing tool. My seedlings were getting around 45,000 at 1200w and now the reading is 25,000 at 600w.

Seeds are from 4 well known banks. My F/U.... I did forget to turn off half of my 1200w led for the first two weeks. I feed only small amounts of water with small amount of seaweed extract. I made sure my starter cups are moist never dry to begin. I am hoping that the 1200w opposed to 600w is...
