Timber did rebrand. Dan was on here the other day. Looks like they are board fixtures only now.

    Returning after small hiatus…

Oh, thank God! It was getting a little surreal, what with all the long time, well regarded lighting companies that have succumbed to market pressures. Glad to hear you are still in the game, Dan!

    Returning after small hiatus…

There are still plenty of great lights. HLG's new reflector series is honestly the first time I've been excited about their pre-built luminaires. Pricier, but super nice lights. Medicgrow has some awesome lights for reasonable prices (on sale plus discount codes can get you a 750 watt light...

    Returning after small hiatus…

No, no those are all companies that went under this year. As in, they are no longer in business. Really bad year for led growlight companies.

    Returning after small hiatus…

Don't forget Luxx, Nextlight, PLC. Been a rough year for light manufacturers.

Found components, need to build a new light (or two)

Also, supply chain issues didn't help diy matters.

Found components, need to build a new light (or two)

Son of a bitch! Only just found out ledgardener has been eol'd since last July! Thank God the site is still up, great reference. Guess $300 800 watt commercial bar lights kinda put the damper on diy.....

Critical Orange Punch and a lonely gorilla glue

I was thinking about 20 years ago or so, when any new rental or living situation was predicated on the presence of a suitable closet or spare room for the grow. Grow tents are evolutionary in that regard. Live where you can, grow wherever. AC Infinity has great looking tents and prices...

I know. I was just messing about. I have always appreciated your grows as a lurker, and your cabinet has been awesome! Which tent are you looking at, if you don't mind me asking?

Growing under two ViparSpectra XS1500 Pro 2023 edition LED lights

LED companies getting educated. Algorithmically placed diodes, denser outer arrays with a sparser nonlensed inner array; fun times.

Critical Orange Punch and a lonely gorilla glue

Nooooo! Not the cabinet! You always have the cleanest, most organized grows. I assumed it was the cabinet, I may have assumed incorrectly.

New Lighting Products/Tech? I'm Out Of The Loop. Fill Me In.

Scyence makes some very interesting lights with super cool bells and backup cameras , but for all the Bezinjamins. Hyphotonflux makes a similar light (in concept, anyway) for about 40% less than the Scyence Raging Kush. The Updayday would represent the lower end of the pricing/performance...

New Lighting Products/Tech? I'm Out Of The Loop. Fill Me In.

A company called Sundopt makes lights on contract for several well known and regarded "budget" fixture companies. They have a US warehouse at least and maybe Canadian. 720 watt lights for less than $400. Medicgrow has great lights for excellent prices. Just saw the Mogobe octopus 300w light...

    How to clean LED'S?

Would not use glass cleaner on the les itself for sure. Not sure if ammonia and phosphor play nice together.

    How to clean LED'S?

Lint free cloth plus 90% isopropanol says every led manufacturer ever.
