I feel like the nutes are more likely burning dots on your leaves than the magnification created from the droplets. Idk if that's correct but it makes sense to me. I suppose ridiculous light could as well. If I ever mist it's right after lights on or right before lights off.

Being relatively new I'd reccomend against trying to mix your own concoction. Buy something premixed. Save yourself a headache. Start simple, you'll have way more success early on.

There are veg ferts and there are bloom ferts. Veg ferts have high N typically. Bloom ferts have a low N ratio but higher P & K typically.

I'd reccomend not using Miracle Grow products for future grows my amigo. MG products aren't made for our kind of herb and as a result often lead to problems.
