Thank you for the advice. I'm considering using a step stud to match the threads that are still there and smaller diameter threads going through the manifold. That way if the bolt is not perfectly aligned to the hole it will give me a margin of error to work with. Thanks again.

4 possibilities IMO. Calcium deficiency. Calcium lockout from low PH. Calcium lockout from letting plant dry back too much too often as mentioned. Calcium lockout from a fertilizer imbalance.
