Honestly you should not be growing 3 in one pot and as stated before that soil does not look so great. Maybe start over and break the soil up adding perlite for drainage and to fluff it up a bit. Those seedlings are in pretty rough shape and really should be in separate pots.

Using hairs to guess harvest dates is a horrible idea. I have had fully matured pistils and calyxes swollen and had to wait another 1-2 weeks for perfect trichome development. Go buy a $3 pocket scope from amazon and do it the right way if you want consistent results.

You can use a water soluble cal mag supplement.

I used 3 23W 2700k cfl's per plant for my first grow and it turned out ok. The more light the better though I have upgraded to a 400w hps since then and never looked back.

What is your PH looking like?

I use floralicious plus as an additive to the normal veg/bloom feed. Adds a nice chunk of N and I haven't burned any with it in 4 months!

This is total BS I have had a recent hermie and my perpetual grow was not affected at all. It was only a partial with only a few seeds in a couple zips but Im just saying getting a little hermie is not the end of the world nor the end of your crop. Not that anyone is trying to get hermies LOL

They can dry out in even less time if you prefer it. When my girls are close to finishing they get watered once daily to prevent the pots from drying out. So either way no worries, but if you want to add more time in between your watering just transplant to a bigger pot.

Yea as stated by coho the trics are what matter. Hairs can be a sign to check with a scope but never a reason to harvest.

250cm should be fine with cfls. I used a 195cfm for my old tent with a 250w hps and it did ok so you should be fine.

I always give only water for the last week or two. This ensures a smooth smoke.

I always just put them from the veg area straight into the flowering tent. I have heard others doing the 24 but idk what its all about.
