Hard to tell without a photo but if those are only preflowers you could have 6-8 more weeks to wait. The time period given by the seed banks are typically the flowering time only. Are you growing auto flower or photo period?

Use any outdoor friendly photo period strain. I would recommend vegging them inside to the appropriate height and then moving them outside for flowering.

12/12 is horrible for auto flower strains it will significantly reduce your yield.

The only 100% way to be sure is to get a pocket scope and check your trics. When you harvest is completely dependent on what type of high you enjoy and the trics development not the buds themselves. Nice bud btw =)

Sounds like a good idea, but I would not recommend putting them on the ground. I ran into the same penetration issues with my 250w which is why I currently roll with a 400w. Good luck to you!

As I mentioned you can and some people do but the general consensus is that topping auto flowers is not desirable.

He is talking about autos so I would assume your techniques of topping and cloning would not help much in this instance.
