i would just start with a floro 6500K light for germ and veg. then switch to the hps for flowering.

how many plants? i would use a floro 6500K. they are used for veg. the plants wont bud untill later in the year when the sun changes color. so if u start them to early they will end up being very big plants. i would only run the lights for 18/6. and why are you moving them out side instead of...

not sure what the best nutes would be there are so many out there. 18/6 is good for veg. just make sure ur using a 6500K light. would switch over to the hps for the flowering cycle and run it 12/12.
