Your plant definitely looks nice and happy.. should have 4-8 nice big tops on there, i'd keep supercropping all the tops as they grow to help with stretching and bush out your plant a little bit

If the temps outside are that hot where you live then really the only things you can do to get good results would be either grow indoors, or find a strain that is VERY resistant to heat.. 105 is too hot to get really good results out of most strains. Hope that helps

Taking off the top of the plant is called "topping", a very common pruning technique. The plant will usually grow 2 main tops instead of just one and the lower growth will grow up towards the top of the plants

The top of the plant contains a much smaller amount of the hormones it takes to produce roots than the lower branches. Therefor the lower branch cuttings root much faster and more easily. I've seen people root the tops of their plants, it just takes longer which allows more time for the cutting...

the top part of the plant would grow strongly if you could get it rooted. The lower the branch that you take cuttings off of, the easier the clone will root. The top of the plant would be the most difficult to get rooted.
