They work fine for flower.

The vipar actually do not too bad in flower, qb and cob are definitely better but if you're short on cash then vipar WILL pull you some okay bud, plenty hitting the 1g per watt with it (qb's are getting 2g with experienced growers) This is under just the 300w vipar with a little supplemental...
