PPP, Chronic, & Mazar 1st grow

Yeah, trim work can be a pain sometimes. But if you got some good friends (I mean REAL good friends of course), good tunes, and some decent smoke then it can actually be pretty fun in it's own way.

    i got a flowering question

Nah, thats pretty much my guess as well. I learned a lot my last grow when it comes to the difference of actual nute burn, and lock out. This looks like lockout to me. Burn there would be more necrotic spots towards the tips like you mentioned earlier on. I see def's, mainly Phos (and your...

    First Grow, an Evolving Effort

Oooooh ok. Nah thats fine man. It will probably be better the way you have it going. Have you seen FuZZyBuds LST grow? He just chopped it down to some toxic salt issues...but still a nice plant all things considered. He LST'd in almost this exact fashion. :joint: But yes, I was thinking you...

    i got a flowering question

Totally agree. I dont think it is "nute burn." Just build up of one nute that is locking out the others (mainly phos and mag from what i can see). :joint:

HELP plant leaves have yellow spots and wilting

Yeah...over watering as well. You water when the top layer of soil is dry about an inch or so down. Yeah, stop the misting and start giving them a small cup of water when the soil dries out like I said a moment ago. A good rule of thumb is to give your plants about 1/4 amount of water as there...

HELP plant leaves have yellow spots and wilting

It may be from over watering, but how often do you water? What size pots are they in? Also, stop misting..its really not needed and will also cause burns on your leaves if done in direct light. Find out what you can about growing in Miracle Grow Moisture control. I am sure there are other...

HELP plant leaves have yellow spots and wilting

The yellowing should go away with time yes. The spots are most likely necrotic (dead) and will not fix themselves. Don't stress that though, it's perfectly fine as long as it doesn't progress.

I DONT CARE WAT U SAY! im doin it!

Alright then Mr. Smarty...what's the little writing at the tip of a condom say? Oh...never had to unroll it that far? :o J/K J/k..couldn't resist. :joint:

    i got a flowering question

Just flush till harvest like stated above. It looks like Phos lock out to me honestly. Which could be caused by another nutrient being to concentrated in the medium. He is in soil, so I doubt it's pH related. Back the nutes down a bit next time.

    Disinfecting a grow room?

Honestly if there is nothing in there I would attack it with a mild bleach solution (10%) and let it air dry. Then come back and wet it down with another bleach spray down, but this time wipe it out with a sponge and clean water. If you have carpet in the closet, mist it with the bleach water...

    Flushing

It will indeed help. What were you growing in and what nutrients were you feeding?

KaBOOOM! (Just my dumb fuckin' luck...)

Throw in mine and we almost got a nickel! bongsmilie I would never do that personally. Then again, I have an electrician for a step father..and he tells me horror stories on purpose. So it sounds like the bulb had an issue itself honestly. Did you replace that lamp again yet?

HELP plant leaves have yellow spots and wilting

Stop giving them nutes! Soil can keep young plants happy for about a month my friend...with no added feeding on your part. If you just transplanted, and are feeding once a week then they have waaaay too much food. Over loving them for sure. Just start giving them regular water (reverse osmosis...

Why do people pick on the noobie's ???

Sounds like a great 70's indoor grow IMHO. I don't mind answering something that has been already stated 1,000 times. It's when a "noob" (and no I don't just mean to this site..but growing in general) comes around and has the attitude that the established RIU members owe them something. "Give...

    Are My Plants Alright?

No nutes! You mixed in some to the soil already with that bonemeal etc. IDK why you felt the need to do that honestly. Half strength is waaay too high for a first feeding anyway. Give them a light flush with pH'd reverse osmosis water to leech that feeding out you did. In other words, your...

Why do people pick on the noobie's ???

LMAO...that is simply awesome. Must be cool comparing what people knew about indoor growing back then..to what we know today...and actually have seen the change happen first hand. :leaf:

Why do people pick on the noobie's ???

I believe some people back then (70's) were using Mercury Vap's actually. If I remember right it was pretty much a modified street lamp. :leaf:
