That could of been it or anything with the environment really. High heat stress, high wind stress, not enough CO2 in the environment. That's really why I'm not a fan of the fem seeds cuz anything can make them freak out.

I think Dr.Who is maybe trying to say someone around you could have possibly had a grow and in their grow was a male or hermie that threw pollen off and was attracted to your crop.

You can stress the plants to make fem seeds or chemical induce to get fem seeds, it really depends on who you are as the breeder and your methods. I'm growing out a crop for a friend from some fem seeds and just had the same thing happen and the breeder uses the stress method.
