As for nutes, I've been using dutch master thus far and have been pretty pleased.

If you can afford an HPS light, that is best for flowering. But you can flower with a fluorescent light also just usually not the biggest yield ever.

Alright, update. Today I decided it would be best to buy a 42" fluorescent light fixture with 2 32watt (6500K each) lights instead of frying my babies with my 400watt HPS. I'm in my garage and have no way of getting cold air into there. As of yesterday I noticed a couple of leaves curling down...

How do I know if my plant needs nitrogen? And if it does, what do I add to increase the nitrogen? My stems too are a little redish in color...the leaves though are fine and seems to be growing ok at this point.

Really? It's pretty hot in there, but I'll put something under the pots.

Is a drip system DWI or DIY? I don't know the difference. The light is a good ways from the plants (at least a foot and a half) but my garage is getting pretty hot and I have no way of bringing cool air in there other than a couple fans. I know i'm supposed to keep the temp somewhere in the 70's...

Would it be okay to dig a hole into the ground as deep as my pot and just place the pot into the ground? I'd like to eventually bring my plant back inside and believe this would be the easiest way.
