With scrog when u train the plant do u want to do an over under sort of thing with the branches and the wire? Or do u kind of just wait for the branch to grow and pull it under and tuck it down there. I'm just not sure on the process of training them I don't know wether to do like an in and out...

this is kind of sad to ask, but ive only grow naturally straight up. how the hell do i go about scrog? looks like u get alottt of finished product with keeping height down. i would love to try and scrog 2 plants out of 4 and compare the yields. please help!:weed:
