Right on...if you have supplemental side lighting that will help, nonetheless, I think you will yield more if you keep them shorter and the bud sites more concentrated. Keep in mind that CFLs are only good for so much distance so a 100 CFLs on top will not penetrate down 3 feet.

That isn't bag seed (too much sativa)...please let everyone know the strain so they can avoid. At this point, grow it out. Seeded bud is just that bud that is seeded. It's annoying, but very smokable.

If your using RO, then yes you need to supplement with Cal-Mag. I would use it on the next one and probably going forward. I'm suprised you haven't had an issue yet. If it's in your nutes already maybe use less than the full dose going foward, but a full dose of Cal mag on your next one for...

Keep your LST light now that you are in flower and get ready to just let it go. Once in stretch there is not much you can do. I wouldn't do SCROG at this point. SLH is not a strain you want to stress too much in flower as there high report of hermies.

Topping, Scrog, LST are probably your best bets and there is plenty of info on this site. They all work and these plants are tough! The one I haven't tried which I will try next is scrog. I've seen people kick my ass with the same strain and a lower wattage light on several different threads...

The 2 keys to the deal are training-style and type of strain...otherwise bigger lights and more plants. And obviously, a grow without issues. You train it to maximize lumens and pick a strain that can yield and you will notice a big difference
