Very sorry to hear that, it might be the LED driver runs those two orbs gets burnt, so two orbs not work. Another phenomenon is one LED gets burnt in those two orbs. Bysen connects two orbs as a series and run by one driver, so if one LED burnt, two orbs will not work. I alway assume that buying...

OK, sounds fine. So the other brands of LED grow lights suppliers will also not face such problems, because besides Caliafornialightworks has an perfect anodixed case, the others are all using metal materials with electroplate technology. And I will wait until 12th April, I am going to ask EH...

It sounds the Cree LEDs are fine. But what about the LED drivers? The most disappointing point is the old version case.... If they have designed the case with new materials, that would be better. Because old version matel case are easily got erosion.
