What's the Skinny with Epistar LEDs???

Though we don't know which brand LEDs they are using, there is one thing we should understand: A real CREE LED cannot be soldered on a same circuit board with the other brand LEDs, because their encapsulation technologies are completely different. So, if you are told that your lamp has been...

Apollo Series LED panels from Cidly

The ratio must have been very simple as 12x630nm,2x460nm and 1x610nm. This spectrum ratio has been proved very great at the Apollos. But I am still interested in seeing some pictures of the growth. SEEING IS BELIEVING!

Which is better hid or led?

Very sorry to hear your unlucky experience with HID lamps. I always keep a large jar of CO2 in my tent for larger duds, in this way I also never allow the fire becomes uncontrollable.:weed:

Which is better hid or led?

Yes, because you like it. I love both of them, currently i am running two CFL in my veg room and three LED lamps in the flower room. Both of them are working fine and helpful.

Which is better hid or led?

It definitely depends on personal favor, if i like LEDs, i will try it, if i like HID, i will buy it. I don't think which one is better or which one is worse. This is really very unworthy arguing.

Coincidence or new LED technology trend?

Buying a panel from China might get a better price, but how do you know if you will be enjoyed their warranty. If the lamp gets broken, do they really cover the warranty? Especially to the LED lamps, normally will take some months to test. Who knows a new lamp is really good or not? And by the...
