Do not spend the money on a CO2 tank, controller, regulator until you have everything else about your grow fine tuned to max yield. A perfectly dialed in garden will only produce (on average) 20% more yield from using CO2.

A 5x2 closet is a 10 sq ft area, multiply that by 50 watts per sq (for indica's or indica dom hybrids) gives you 500. So no, a 150 will not work very well unless you are trying to grow really really small plants. Even then it might be a real challenge. Ideally, your going to need a 400 or 600...

Seriously? Did I read that right? 4.5 months old? You might want to check your environmental factors. Those play just as an important role as nutes and water.

If your in a real jam, grab a CO2 tank, crank open the valve a little, then walk out and seal up the room/tent/closet/whatever. CO concentrations higher than 10,000 ppm will nuke any living critter. At 15,000ppm it will make humans dizzy so be careful and stay out of the space for a night.

Hash oil from a high CBD strain, add a few drops to your finger and rub it on your gums. It will taste like total ass but should help to ease any pain without sending the mind into a THC trip.

That soil looks seriously, to wet for a seedling. My guess is that your locking out nutes from over-watering (if you soil ph isnt correct) or you are creating nute burn from too many nutes for such a small plant. (soil ph is right, but too much water) Either way, back off and let the plant do...
