That seedling is stretching, which can be caused by not enough light and/or high heat. In this case, I am guessing not enough light. Move your CFLs closer to the plant. You can easily get away with keeping them 2 inches from the top of your sprouts. Good luck with your grow!

Depends on how good you are at reading your plants and giving them the proper nutes when they ask for them.

Never remove a leaf from your plant. She will drop them on her own when she is done/no longer needs them.

Dont switch to 10/14. It has been proven, regardless of strain, that 12/12 is just enough darkness to make our favorite plants start to bud. There is no reason to deprive them of that extra 2 hours of light that they could be using to make fatter buds.

Every timer that I have seen includes the ground prong. Get one with the ground and you should be just fine. If your asking for personal preference then I would recommend any that are digital. I am not a big fan of the ones you have to push in the little 'buttons' like so...

Hell, if your intake air temp is 72F you could run at-least 3 1000watt inline cooltubes. Yup, 6" is plenty. I am running two 6" cooltubes with 600 watt bulbs on a 4" 170CFM inline blower.
