So, here it is. Pretty much everything was used was stuff I found around the house. Its made from 2- 35 gallon tubs and some lights I used last year. I did well but felt like I could make it a bit more compact so this is what I came up with. Any comments, suggestions or pics welcome. bongsmilie

Sounds like a good idea but the only drawback I see is that in order to "make seeds out of them" You would have to pollinate a female. Not to mention the hassle of having to grow a male in another location to keep it from pollinating the entire grow. Just my 2 cents. :bigjoint:

I would like to attempt the yeqast/sugar method but I read somewhere that yeast dies at 72°F. My box is in my room close to a window a/c unit and the temps have yet to exceed 72°F with the lights on. It drops to 67-68°F at night when the lights are off. Will I have a problem keeping my yeast...

N/P :bigjoint: I dont grow aero/hydro personally but I use molasses and every thread Ive read about it gave the same info regarding aero/hydro. Happy Growing! :weed:

Molasses is for soil. You will clog your system if you use it in a hydro/aero setup.

I was considering using LEDs with my forst grow but could never get a positive review on them. What do you think bout them? How have they worked out for you so far?

I think the general rule is that once it reaches the flowering stage it will double by the time its done.

This sounds good but say I didnt have a lot of trim leaves. Enough that I dont want them to waste but not enough to make butter from. Can I dry these and store them till my next grow is complete then add them to the new ones to make butter? Or will they even be any good after that long?

Not bad at all. seeing your grow gives me hope for a better grow next time. Im already using cfls but I didnt arrange them as uniformly as you have so my growth wasnt as nice as yours but I plan to build a cabinet similar to what you have going on there. +rep

Good stuff but I think it was set up. If you listen to the beginning of the video you can hear the director call "action" to get the ball rolling then he calls "action" for the reporter. Plus, the ball was empty. Usually people ride inside those things. Im sure they sent it off empty to keep...
