i use a heavy duty timer, got it at home depot (think walmart has them aswell). i believe the tomato plant is quite similar to marijuana.

well its depends.. how much head room do you got. Your plant will double, maybe even triple in size when flowering is induced. i would start flowing when ur plants are about 1/3 of ur total head room, maybe even a little less. so if u have 3 feet of head room, flower at 8-12 inches.

what is the temperature around your plants? if its over 85* F, lose the heatlamps...

i wouldn't put those heat lamps to close.. put flourecent within 6 inches

thanks for the help..i mixed up a batch of nutrients already at full strength, would it be allright to just dilute the solution with fresh water or will it cause nutrient lockup or something?
