Yea, now that I think of it there is no way it will pull exactly equal amounts of water in and out of each bucket so one or more will quickly overflow while others will go empty. I guess a res is the only way.

So I want a chiller for a 4 bucket system with no reservoir. I'm not really sure how a chiller works, does it also have a pump in it that circulates water through a hose? Can I run the hose from each bucket (with insulation around the hose when it goes out of the bucket)?

I've had chlorine staining, this is not it. No, it's root rot. Roots used to be a clean white and now even the bottoms are straight and rotten looking.

I talked to my local hydro and they suggested a few things. SM90 at 3ml per gallon, and 29% H2O2 diluted 10:1 to make 2.9% using one teaspoon per gallon. I'll see what this does after 2 days and report back.

Light colored leaves except in middle are signs of low nutes. Also, you roots got slime. Try foliar feeding around 700 strength till you start getting more roots.
