I have a fridge with a 150w hps and 120w of cfls as side lighting. Heat was an issue but i manage to keep it a 80c during lights on. I used a 4" holesaw and made perfect holes for my intake and outtake. Your best bet is to scrog a plant or 2.

How old is your panel? Sometimes old breakers seize and don't trip when they are overloaded. Blue flames usually mean arc flash which is very dangerous. You need to get an electrician there asap

The jack herer is from sensi seeds... This guy is legit so i know its real..... Would jack herer be ok in a scrog setup?

Pimpkin is right. I have a 150w hps in a fridge that is 2x2x3.5 and i have a hell of a time getting the temps bellow 80. It took a lot of air flow to get my temps down.
