Go ahead and keep the lights on 24/0 to help the clone start growin faster. CO2 is absorbed by the leaves, but to use it properly it takes a lot of calculations. The heat has to be higher, the ppm of co2 in your atmosphere has to be good, proper ventilation. It may produce 30% more in optimum...

Yep, if you don't add any fresh water, the water will store all the nutes not being used and will become toxic to the plant.

you just gotta give it time to root. pics would help a lot. moving from inside to outside back and forth can stress out a plant. Could be overwatered.

Nice setup man! You might wanna lower the water level, they look a lil over watered, or trim the edge of the leaves. That will help with root stimulation, and allow extra water release.
