Just so you understand, overwatering is when you perpetually water the plants so that the soils saturated almost all the time, thus not giving the soil any aeration. To avoid overwatering, water plants, wait until soil is nice and dry, then water. Anywho im having the same problem, nice reads.

Yeah, I got 2 4 foot 34 watt tube fluorecents directly over all 3, then i got 2 15w CFL's between Plant A & B2, and two more 24w CFL's between Plant C & B2.
