Sounds like your getting impatient, IMO I would continue to dry them a little longer. I usually dry for ten days or so with your described conditions, given the buds are pretty dense. Sometimes even longer though, you want the insides of the buds to start to dry as well. Just my take, good...

I would bend those tops over and try to keep your canopy level. Also I would lower the light to just a few inches over the tops especially if your under a 400. With a 400 watt Hps you only get so much light penetration so everything under that is wispy hash bud. Hope this helps. KnB
