In Subcool's forum here, there is a thread called subcool's super soil. It makes a concentrate that you mix in 30-50% in the bottom half of the pot. He doesn't feed at all. He just waters. I want to try that outside next year. I grow in coco inside, so obviously I'm a fan of nutrients.

You can't put 1000 watts in there. You probably can't put more than maybe a couple hundred watts of HID lighting in there. They produce a LOT of heat. Also, you need a special ballast to fire it. You can't just put it in a normal outlet. HPS is the best for flowering though. It also draws...

Milorganite is for lawns and shit. It's intended purpose is greening things up without inducing explosive growth. Think about the ideal lawn. I wouldn't recommend it during flowering. It's probably alright to use now if you want. It's awesome in landscapes.
