My one outdoor plant is in a 30gal rubbermaid tote that's filled with half Miricle Organic soil and half perlite. That seems to be working out fine for me. I use soilless mix that's 50-50 coco and perlite set to ph 5.8 and advance nutrients iguana juice inside though.

My problem is that I always get contamination when I try to inoculate a bulk substrate from my jars. Anyone got a good method for that? I mean I could just fruit the smaller mycelial that I grow in the jar, but that just seems like a waste of time.
