    LED's do work. You are trying to give the plant a specific wavelength nm (nanometer) of the light spectrum that would speed photosynthesis. I made my own array. Your paying more for labor and the brand name than the actual cost of the product.

    LED does work, however you have to understand on how many watts the light actually is, make your own circuit. Basic LED's wont work. You need LED's that put out the specific light spectrum in nm or nanometers and you would need quite a few. I made my own array.

    got big question on led's

    I agree that LEDs can be used. i have 2 blue 430nm and 1 red 660nm LEDs and the plant responds to it well. I made my own spot light deal.
