i would not recommend using nutes until the 2nd week of veg or use 1/6 to 1/4 strength after the seedling have sprouted their first set of true leaves. (still recommend none) and as for the water you can pre-mix nutes in a gallon of water and add fresh water or better yet change it every week...

I use it with great results so far. just 1/4 the 1st dose after 2wks of sprouting and then slowly increase but never exceed recommended dose. i would recommend 1/2 dose each feed

I use the all purpose chem nute. have a hydro setup and it works great. people just cant leave the plant alone and either fert too early (before 2 wks) or put way too much. 1/4 strength should be used for the 1st feed.

I prefer to use reverse osmosis water. i mix 1 -1/2 strength mix in one gallon jug; Epsom salt, nutes, then set ph to 6.2 and then set pumps, lights and bubbles on. Of course I grow in a hydro setup.
