I agree it is alot safer to get premixed soils, and i may end up taking a drive. But having these soils and mixes/ferts around is there no one who can tell me a decent mix?

Ok, it's been more than a day and they seem to be doing fine. One of them does seems to be stretching a little bit but not to bad. They are both in 16 oz plastic cups how long should I wait before transplanting them. The second leaves haven't come out all the way.

I have 400 watt hps and it fries them as sprouts unless i am doing somehting wrong. so i wanted something for early veg.

I had one die last night and i think i may know the problem. i was starting them in paper cups and the roots would reach the bottom ( i saw when i trashed it) would this kill the plants?

Is one better? I can get CFL's but i have a little setup of flouro's. My sprouts just can through which is better? and if i got cfl's they would just be in my desk lamp.

Using topsoil with little manure, and it has good irrigation. i currently have two bright desk lights on it but i am getting floro's on mon. and i have a hps 400watt for veg and flower. water with spring water. not much more i can say right now
